I did end up finding what I was looking for, so that part was fine. But checkout took more clicking around than I expected, almost like the site wasn’t really trying to make it easy. It works, just feels a bit clunky.

The package showed up clean and in great shape, which usually tells you a lot about how it was handled along the way. Nothing was crushed or beat up, and everything inside was wrapped really well. No problems at all

Actionvillage definitely has a lot more gear to choose from than most other places I looked. I found the paintball stuff I needed, plus a couple extra parts I couldn’t really find anywhere else. The site was easy enough to browse, which helped. My only hesitation is I’m not 100% sure how the quality will hold up over time, but so far the selection was solid.

I reached out to tech support and, like usual with these things, it took forever to get a reply. When they finally did respond, it didn’t really solve my problem, so I was basically still stuck where I started.

I got a solid deal, and the gear felt worth the price. I’m happy with what I paid, though if there’s any issue down the line I’d expect them to make it right

I ordered a few paintball parts from actionvillage.com, and overall, the order was pretty much what I expected. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it showed up in a reasonable amount of time, so no real complaints there.
One of the smaller items ended up being the wrong size, which was a little frustrating. Customer service did help me get it sorted out, though it took a bit longer than I would’ve liked. Not a bad experience overall, but they could definitely double-check orders a little better before shipping.
